What this is

Turn a feeling into a diagnosis.

You can feel when a community starts losing momentum. Fewer replies. The same three members starting every conversation. New members joining, introducing themselves, then disappearing. But knowing something feels off isn't the same as knowing what needs attention.

QuietSignal examines your community's actual activity. We look at who's participating, which members have gone quiet, where onboarding may be falling short, and which conversations deserve more attention. Then we turn those findings into a report you can use. No guesswork disguised as strategy. Just the activity data, the patterns we find, and a prioritized plan.

What you get

The audit

Your Community Health Audit includes six practical deliverables, built from the activity already inside your community.

01

Engagement scorecard

Active-member percentage, weekly posting trends, and reply rates — established community-health measures.

02

Churn-risk flags

Identification of member segments that have gone quiet over the past 14–30 days, plus a review of your onboarding experience.

03

Top 10 member questions and themes

A clear summary of recurring questions, concerns, and discussion topics to inform future content and member support.

04

3 content-repurposing ideas

Specific ideas drawn from discussions already happening inside your community.

05

30-day action plan

Three recommended fixes, prioritized by expected impact, with a clear starting point for each.

06

5-question member-satisfaction survey

Ready-to-use questions designed to help you hear directly from members.

Delivery

A PDF report and a 10–15 minute Loom walkthrough, within 5 business days. You'll know what we found, why it matters, and which actions we recommend taking first.

What this is not

Clear boundaries, from the start.

  • —
Not a growth promise. We don't promise more members, higher engagement, lower churn, or increased revenue. We provide an assessment and a plan. Your community's outcomes depend on factors beyond an audit.
  • —
Not daily community management. We aren't a low-cost virtual assistant posting messages throughout the day. Basic chat coverage may be available elsewhere for $3–$4 an hour. That's a different service. QuietSignal sells analysis, diagnosis, and reporting.
  • —
Not someone speaking as your brand. We use read-only access. We don't post messages, reply to members, or log in as you.
  • —
Not for communities under 30 members.Below 30 members, there may not be enough activity data for a useful scorecard. If you're not there yet, wait until your community reaches that size.

Who it's for

A useful fit for an established paid community.

QuietSignal is designed for owners of paid communities on Skool, Circle, Mighty Networks, and Discord. The best fit is a community with 30–200 members where participation has slowed, onboarding feels inconsistent, or the owner wants a clearer picture of member activity.

You don't need a full-time community manager. You need to understand what's happening before deciding what to change.

Who it's not for

QuietSignal isn't a fit if:

  • ×You want guaranteed membership growth, revenue, or engagement improvements.
  • ×You need 24/7 moderation or active daily management. That belongs to a different service category, including agency arrangements at $2,000+/month.
  • ×Your community grosses under approximately $2K/month. At that stage, spending $149 on an audit may not be the best use of your budget.

If you're unsure whether the audit is worth it for your community, ask during intake. We'll tell you when we think it isn't.

Optional follow-on · not the launch offer

Management, when the audit shows it's a fit.

For communities that need ongoing help after an audit, QuietSignal also has a $500/month management option. It is available only when:

  • The community generates $5K+/month.
  • The owner has completed a Community Health Audit.
  • Both sides agree the arrangement is a good fit.

Capacity is capped at five communities. This is an optional follow-on service, not a requirement or the main offer.

FAQ

Before you begin

Do I need to get on a call?

The process is entirely asynchronous: intake form, email delivery, and a recorded Loom walkthrough. We don't offer calls.

What access do you need?

Read-only access through a platform export, a view-only admin role, or screenshots. We never ask for your password. We never post as you.

What if my community is too small to audit?

We'll tell you during intake and refund your payment. We'd rather return $149 than deliver a report without enough data to support useful conclusions.

Can I see a sample?

Real before-and-after scorecards will be published here as audits are completed and owners give permission. We won't present hypothetical results as real client work.
